There’s something I need to do

Perhaps there’s something you’ve been meaning to get done for days, weeks or considerably longer.

A task you’ve been putting off. A project that keeps getting pushed down the list. Life admin that somehow never quite makes it to the top. Or simply a list that’s become so long that deciding where to begin feels like another thing you have to do.

You may have tried making lists, setting yourself deadlines, promising yourself you’ll finally get on with it tomorrow.

Maybe sometimes that works.

And maybe sometimes it just leaves you feeling as though you’re somehow failing at being productive.

You don’t necessarily need another system, more discipline or someone telling you how to organise yourself.

Sometimes a little space, some company and a different way of approaching what needs doing can be enough to get things moving.

You might just need somewhere to begin

Bring Your To-Do List

Bring the thing you’ve been meaning to do and spend some time actually doing it.

These are gentle, spacious sessions where you can get on with your own work, life admin, household tasks or projects, with occasional check-ins to help you pause and notice where you are.

No productivity targets. No gold stars for getting the most done. Just some time and space to make a start.

You might only need an hour

Just This Hour

There is something you keep meaning to do.

You don’t have to finish it. You don’t even have to know exactly how much you can accomplish.

We’ll start together, spend some manageable time with whatever you’ve brought, pause briefly and then begin again.

For this hour, there is just this one bit of time and whatever you want to do with it.

You might want to explore a different way of getting things done

Get Things Done Without Always Having to Push Yourself

A seven-week small-group experience for exploring what happens when pressure and self-criticism aren’t doing all the driving.

You’ll have practical spaces to get on with things, conversations where you can notice what happens along the way, and time to experiment with different ways of meeting the things that need doing.

There’s a week in the middle with no group session, giving you some space to let what you’ve noticed settle into ordinary life.

You don’t have to become more disciplined, organised or productive.

The invitation is simply to discover what might be possible when you don’t have to keep pushing yourself through everything.

Or perhaps you’re curious about what might happen if getting things done didn’t always have to involve so much pressure.

You can start wherever feels right.
