I know what the problem is

Perhaps you already have a pretty good idea what’s going on.

You’ve thought about it. You understand your patterns. You know why you do what you do. You may even have a whole collection of things you’ve learned about yourself and about how to change them.

And yet, somehow, you’re still finding yourself pushing against the same things.

Trying not to overthink.

Trying to be more confident.

Trying to stop procrastinating.

Trying to quiet your mind.

Trying to feel differently.

Trying to finally become the person you think you should be.

None of this is particularly surprising. We’re human beings, after all, and we are remarkably good at making sense of our experience and then using that understanding to try to make things better.

The trouble is, some of the things we innocently assume about how we work as human beings aren’t quite how it works.

We can find ourselves trying to control things that aren’t really under our control. Pushing away experiences that are simply part of being human. Treating our thoughts and feelings as problems that need solving.

And the more we push, the more effort it can seem to take.

What if we looked again? Not to tell you that you’ve got yourself wrong or to replace one explanation with another.

Just to become curious about what you might be missing when you’re looking at yourself through the lens of the problem you’re trying to solve.

Because there may be a very different way of seeing what is happening.

And you may find that some of the things you’ve been fighting with don’t need quite so much fighting after all.

So where might you want to go from here?

You might want to start with one thing

Comfy Chair Session

Perhaps there’s something you’ve been trying to understand, change or finally get on top of.

You can bring it along, without needing to have worked out what the answer is first.

You might want to give yourself more room to look

3 Days to Stop, Look and Listen

Sometimes one conversation isn’t quite enough space to step out of the way you’ve been looking at something.

Three days gives us time to slow things down, look from different angles and let things settle between conversations.

You might want to stay curious for a while

Longer-Term Coaching

Perhaps you don’t want another thing to fix or another programme to work your way through.

You might simply want some space, over time, to keep noticing what you’re seeing and discovering what happens when you don’t assume you already know the whole story.

Or perhaps what you need doesn’t quite fit

A softly lit path winds through mist, its wet stone catching golden early light: a quiet, curving way forward rather than a straight line.

Bespoke Support

You may have several things you want to explore, or something that doesn’t fit neatly into one of the options above.

We can shape the support around what makes sense for you, rather than deciding in advance what you need.
