I’m tired of holding everything together

Perhaps you’re the person everyone relies on.

Perhaps you’re the one who remembers what everyone else forgets, who notices what needs doing before anyone asks, who keeps things moving because someone has to and it’s usually you.

Maybe you’ve been doing this for so long it barely feels like a choice anymore.

You may be managing all of this well, from the outside. You may even be quite good at it. And still feel like you could put something down and nobody would notice it was missing, except you.

This isn’t about becoming better at holding it all together.

Sometimes you need somewhere you don’t have to.

You might want a whole day

A Day Where You Don’t Have to Hold Everything Together

A full day away from the usual demands, with nothing you need to manage, remember or keep moving except yourself.

Space to slow down, put things down for a while, and simply be somewhere you’re not needed by anyone else.

You might want to stay with it a little longer

3 Days to Stop, Look and Listen

If a day isn’t quite enough, three days gives you longer to properly step back from what you usually carry, with follow-up coaching afterwards to help it settle rather than switching straight back on.

You might want an hour where nothing is expected of you

The Quiet Hour

An hour of quiet on your own can feel like an extravagance you can’t quite justify booking in. Easy for other things to quietly take its place instead.

An hour on Zoom, though, is just a call like any other. This one happens to be shared with others who are each quietly getting on with their own thing at the same time: writing, reading, thinking, sitting with a decision, or simply allowing some room around something that’s felt crowded. Nobody needs to talk or explain what they’re doing.

There’s a brief hello to start and a gentle close at the end, with permission to spend the hour in between however actually suits you. No need to be good at silence, feel peaceful, or make profound use of the time.

You might only have an hour to give yourself

Comfy Chair Session

If a whole day away isn’t possible right now, an hour still counts.

A private conversation with no agenda, where for a little while you don’t have to be the one holding it all together.

You might need something that’s your own

Bespoke Support

Perhaps what you’re carrying doesn’t fit neatly into a day, an hour, or a fixed number of sessions.

We can talk about what would actually help and shape something around that, rather than you trying to fit yourself around an existing offer.

You don’t have to earn a rest

You don’t have to be falling apart to deserve some space. You don’t have to justify needing a break by how much you’ve been carrying.

Whatever amount of space feels right is enough of a reason on its own, whether that’s an hour, a day, longer, or something shaped entirely around you.

And if you’re not sure, that’s alright too.
