3 Days to Stop, Look and Listen

Surprise yourself with what it feels like when your mind settles, and what’s been right under your nose.

A still lake at sunset, rocky shoreline and pine trees to the left, the sun low on the horizon and its warm orange light reflected across the calm water."

There are times when an hour is enough.

And there are times when you know you need more space than that.

Perhaps you’ve been thinking about something for a while. Something that’s taking up more space in your head than you’d like, something that isn’t quite working, or a decision you’ve been circling without quite finding your way towards it.

Perhaps you already know something needs to be different. You may not know exactly what that change looks like yet, but you’re ready to explore what might be possible.

Or perhaps you’re simply tired of carrying everything the way you’ve been carrying it. Tired of holding everything together, managing things in the margins and never quite having enough room to stop and see what’s actually going on.

Whatever brings you here, this is three days set aside to step out of the usual rush and give whatever is here some proper attention.

Not three days of being told what to do.

Not a programme you have to work your way through.

Not an attempt to fix you or find the one thing that’s been holding you back.

Just time, space and conversation, with room to stop, look and listen. To let things settle enough that you might notice something you couldn’t see while you were busy trying to manage it.

Three days. Twelve hours. Space in between.

Each of the three days includes two two-hour conversations together.

That’s twelve hours of private conversation across the three days, with space between the conversations rather than trying to fit everything into one long stretch.

That space matters.

You might want to think about something we’ve talked about. You might notice something when you step back into ordinary life. Something might shift. You might realise that what seemed important at the beginning isn’t quite what you want to explore now.

You don’t have to make the space productive.

You simply have room to let the conversation breathe.

You don’t need to arrive knowing what you need

You might have something very specific you want to explore.

You might have several things going on and no idea which one to start with.

You might know that something needs to change, but not yet know what.

Or you might simply know that you don’t want to keep doing things quite the way you’ve been doing them.

We can begin there.

There is no prescribed agenda for the three days and no set outcome you need to achieve.

We’ll meet what’s here and see where the conversation takes us.

And then there is the space afterwards

The three days don’t have to contain the whole story.

Once you’ve had some time to step back into ordinary life, we’ll have a follow-up conversation.

By then you may have a clearer sense of what’s changed, what hasn’t, what you’ve noticed or what you want to explore next.

Or you may discover that something entirely unexpected has emerged.

The follow-up gives us somewhere to meet that.

This might be for you if…

You have something you want to explore and know that a single conversation isn’t quite enough.

You feel that something needs to change, but don’t want to rush towards deciding what that change should be.

You’re tired of holding everything together and would value some proper time away from the usual demands.

You’ve been thinking about something for a while and would like to stop going round in circles on your own.

Or perhaps you simply have a feeling that giving yourself this much space could allow something to shift.

What the three days look like

Three days of private conversation

Six two-hour conversations, giving you 12 hours together across the three days.

Space between conversations

Time to step away, live your ordinary life for a while and notice what happens when you aren’t sitting in conversation with me.

A follow-up conversation

A further conversation after the three days, once you’ve had time to see what happens when you take what you’ve explored back into your life.

The investment

£1250

Three days together, twelve hours of private conversation, the space between conversations, and a follow-up conversation afterwards.

You don’t have to know where this is going

That’s part of the point.

You don’t need to arrive with a transformation in mind.

You don’t need to make the three days count.

You don’t need to leave with a five-point plan for your new life.

Perhaps something becomes clearer.

Perhaps something shifts.

Perhaps you see something you hadn’t seen before.

Perhaps you simply discover that you can meet something differently.

We’ll see what’s there.

If something in this sounds like the space you’ve been looking for, get in touch.

We can have a conversation about what’s bringing you here and see whether these three days feel right for you.
