A gentle week to let things settle and make sense

Whisper Week is for people who feel mentally or emotionally tired and would welcome a little more space than a single conversation offers, while keeping things gentle and lightly held.

Many people come without a clear question, just a sense that they would like things to feel a little steadier, or that there is something they have not quite had the space to listen to yet. You do not need to know in advance what you want to talk about, or even why you are drawn to this.

It begins with a spacious, unhurried opening session where there is time to settle, talk, and look together at whatever feels most alive for you right now. Often, simply having enough space at the beginning allows things to ease, clarify, or shift more than people expect.

After that opening conversation, Whisper Week offers gentle support across the following days, so whatever we have looked at has room to land rather than being rushed or abruptly dropped.

How Whisper Week works

We begin with a two hour opening conversation on a Saturday. This gives us time to slow things down, let your system settle, and explore what you would really love more ease or clarity around, without trying to force answers.

From Sunday to Wednesday, I am available on Zoom for a short, optional daily check in at a set time. These are there if you would like them, to ask a question, to steady something that has surfaced, or simply to touch back into the quieter feeling we have already found together.

There is no expectation to attend every day, and nothing you need to prepare. Whisper Week works just as well whether you use the check ins a lot, a little, or not at all. Some people drop in once or twice, others do not feel the need. Both are completely fine.

The intention is not to keep doing work, but to offer a gentle drip drip of reassurance and support while new understanding settles in its own time.


What this week is and is not

Whisper Week is not about fixing yourself, analysing everything that comes up, or pushing for progress.

There is nothing to practise, track, or work on between sessions unless something naturally feels helpful. This is not a programme to keep up with, and it is not about daily effort or accountability.

It is a calm, supportive container where things are allowed to soften and rearrange naturally. Many people notice that when there is enough space and someone steady alongside them, clarity begins to appear on its own.

The short check ins are there so things do not feel opened and then left hanging. They are part of what makes Whisper Week feel held, without becoming heavy.
