Perhaps you know exactly what you’re looking for.
Or perhaps you’ve simply arrived with a feeling that something needs a little more space.
You don’t need to know whether you need coaching, a group experience, a day to yourself or something else entirely. You don’t need to have the right words for it either.
Start wherever feels closest to where you are.
There’s something I need to do
I’ve got a task, project or list that I’m struggling to get started with.
Maybe you’ve been meaning to do something for days, weeks or considerably longer. Maybe the list has grown to the point where deciding where to begin feels like another task.
You don’t necessarily need another system, more discipline or someone telling you how to be productive. Sometimes a little space, company and a different way of approaching what needs doing can be enough to get things moving.
Not sure what you need?
That’s okay.
You don’t have to work out which door you belong behind before you can begin.
You can take a look around, notice what catches your attention, or simply start with a conversation.
Or perhaps one of these feels a little more like where you are.
Something’s on my mind
I need some space to think, make sense of something or just hear myself again.
Maybe there’s a decision you’re turning over, something that’s been taking up more space in your head than you’d like, or simply something you haven’t quite been able to put into words.
I’m tired of holding everything together
I want some proper space for myself, rather than another thing to manage.
Perhaps you’re the person everyone relies on. Perhaps you’re simply tired of being the one who keeps everything moving, remembers everything and carries on regardless.
Sometimes you need somewhere you don’t have to.
I want something to change
I’m ready to explore something more deeply and see what might be possible.
You may not be able to point to one particular problem. You might simply know that you’re ready for something to be different.
This can be a space to slow things down, listen to what matters and explore what might be possible when you don’t have to force your way towards an answer.
I’m looking for connection
I’d like somewhere I can come, connect with other people and feel part of something.
Maybe you’re looking for conversation. Maybe you miss having somewhere you can simply turn up as yourself.
Not everything has to be about fixing, changing or working on yourself.
Sometimes it’s good simply to be together.
I already know what the problem is
I’ve thought about it. I understand my patterns. I know why I do what I do. And yet, somehow, I’m still finding myself pushing against the same things.
Perhaps you’ve already done a lot of work to understand yourself and make things better.
What if we looked again?
Not to tell you that you’ve got yourself wrong or replace one explanation with another. Just to become curious about what you might be missing when you’re looking at yourself through the lens of the problem you’re trying to solve.
Whatever brought you here, you don’t need to arrive with a plan.
You can start wherever feels closest to where you are.
