A Moment of Calm

A gentle pause, just for you

Sometimes it’s not that anything is wrong.
It’s simply that life has become loud, full, or fast, and you’d love a little space to settle and hear yourself again.

A Moment of Calm is a single, unhurried session offering exactly that.

This isn’t about fixing, analysing, or working things out. It’s about stepping into a quieter space where your thinking can slow, your body can settle, and something more grounded can come into view.

What this session is like

This is a single 90-minute session on Zoom, with plenty of space to settle and no sense of being rushed.

You might bring a question or a feeling — or you might simply arrive wanting a little more breathing room. There’s no right way to come to this.

We’ll begin wherever you are. As we talk, it’s common for thinking to soften in its own time. When that happens, clarity often emerges naturally — not as something you have to chase, but as something that was already there beneath the noise.

You don’t need to prepare anything.
You don’t need to know what you want from the session.
You don’t need to be in crisis.

At a glance

  • Duration: One 90-minute session
  • Format: Online (Zoom)
  • Investment: £225

What people often notice

  • feeling calmer and more settled
  • less caught up in overthinking
  • clearer about what really matters
  • more trusting of their own sense of direction

People sometimes describe the feeling afterwards as “a weight lifting from their shoulders” — not because anything was taken away, but because there was space to stop holding so much all at once.

Often, simply being met in a calm, unhurried space is enough for something to ease.

Is this for you?

This session may suit you if you:

  • feel overwhelmed, full, or mentally busy
  • are standing at a crossroads and would value a pause before moving
  • want support without pressure or commitment
  • sense that what you need right now is space, rather than answers

If you’re unsure, that’s okay too. Uncertainty is often part of the moment this session is designed for.

A gentle next step

If this feels like something you’d love to experience, you’re very welcome to book a session.

You don’t need to know what you want from it for it to be worthwhile.
There’s no expectation beyond showing up as you are.

A quiet reassurance

This is a standalone session.

There’s no requirement to continue, and no expectation that it leads anywhere else. If it becomes a starting point for something more, we can talk about that later — but it doesn’t need to.

Frequently asked questions

What if I’m not sure this is what I need?
That’s completely okay. If you’re drawn to the idea of a pause, that’s enough. You don’t need certainty to book.

Do I need a specific issue to bring?
No. You can bring a question, a feeling, or nothing at all. We’ll start where you are.

Will I feel different afterwards?
Many people notice a shift simply from slowing down and being met in a calm, unhurried space. Exactly what that looks like varies — and that’s part of the beauty of it.
